See what businesses across London and Greater London have to say about working with DNA Cleaning Solutions

Reviews at a glance

Reviews on this page come from Google, shown in the widget above, so you can read what clients wrote in their own words. Below we explain how to check DNA Cleaning Solutions independently, what clients usually ask us for and how we keep standards steady from one visit to the next.

Where does the feedback above come from?
Google. The widget pulls in comments that clients left on our Google listing. You can also read them, and add your own, on Google directly.
Can you edit or remove Google reviews?
No. Clients write reviews on Google and we cannot change what they say. If a review points to a problem, our aim is to fix the problem at the site.
How else can I check you before signing?
Ask for evidence. We can share copies of our public liability and employers' liability insurance, confirm our ISO 9001 certification and send a written cleaning specification for your site before you commit.
What do clients usually ask us for?
A clear written specification, cleaning scheduled around their working hours, one point of contact and the option of one-off cleans, such as builders' cleans, without a contract.
How is quality checked day to day?
By site inspections. Our management team visits sites and carries out regular inspections and quality checks against the agreed specification. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year if something needs attention.
How can I leave feedback?
Post on Google, call +44 20 3826 8555 or email info@dnacleaningsolutions.co.uk. Good or bad, feedback helps us brief the cleaning team at your site. If something is not right, tell us first: a manager will visit the site and check the work with the team.

How to check a cleaning company

When you compare cleaning companies online, look for comments about consistency over months rather than a single visit, how problems were handled, and whether cleaners arrived when agreed. Comments from businesses similar to yours, such as offices, surgeries or warehouses, tell you more than general praise.

Then ask the company for proof that online comments cannot give you: insurance certificates, a written specification and an explanation of who checks the work. A good contractor will provide all three without fuss, and will explain what happens when a clean is missed or a cleaner is off sick. Reviews show how other clients found us, while a site survey and a written specification show exactly what you will get, so use both before you decide.

What to check at your own site

Once cleaning starts, a quick walk round once a week tells you more than any rating. Check entrances and reception floors first, because visitors see them. Then look at washrooms (soap, paper, bins and the floor behind the door), kitchen worktops and sinks, and high-touch points such as door handles, light switches and lift buttons. Note anything missed with the date and location and send it to us, with a photo if you can. Clear, specific notes let the manager brief the team and make the fix stick, and they are also the fairest basis for any feedback you later post online.
